Introduction

Please carefully read these terms and conditions before subscribing to Milton Financial Market Research Institute’s services, encompassing two distinct offerings: “Automated Trading Magazine” and “Wealth Hub.” By subscribing to and accessing these services through our subscription services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to the terms outlined below.

Automated Trading Magazine Service

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Milton Financial Market Research Institute’s “Automated Trading Magazine” service. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you (“you”) and Milton Financial Market Research Institute regarding your one-time payment subscription to our magazine publication service. Your subscription and access signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Milton Financial Market Research Institute reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with notice posted on the website for any material changes. Your continued use of the magazine service implies acceptance of new or modified terms.

Financial Information Disclaimer

The information provided in the “Automated Trading Magazine” is for general informational purposes only. Statements made are general information, not personalized investment advice, and should not be construed as an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, or an endorsement of any entity or security by Milton Financial Market Research Institute.

Portfolio Performance

Returns presented in the “Automated Trading Magazine” are hypothetical, based on percentage changes between asset prices at the time of recommendation and current or sell prices at publication time. Costs such as brokerage fees and taxes are not considered. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Digital Magazine Subscription

Subscribing to the “Automated Trading Magazine” requires providing accurate information, including name, email address, billing and shipping address, and, if applicable, credit card details. You agree to maintain accurate information, and any inaccuracies may result in subscription cancellation.

Payment: Access to Complete Archive

The “Automated Trading Magazine” operates on a one-time payment basis, providing access to the complete magazine archive. There is no recurring subscription, and no refunds are provided after the one-time payment.

Access to Digital Magazine

Access to the “Automated Trading Magazine” is strictly limited to paying subscribers. Forwarding content to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

Wealth Hub Service

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Milton Financial Market Research Institute’s “Wealth Hub” service. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you (“you”) and Milton Financial Market Research Institute regarding your subscription to our “Wealth Hub” services. Your subscription and access signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Milton Financial Market Research Institute reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with notice posted on the website for any material changes. Your continued use of the “Wealth Hub” services implies acceptance of new or modified terms.

Financial Information Disclaimer

The information provided in the “Wealth Hub” services is for general informational purposes only. Statements made are general information, not personalized investment advice, and should not be construed as an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, or an endorsement of any entity or security by Milton Financial Market Research Institute.

Wealth Hub Subscription

Subscribing to “Wealth Hub” requires providing accurate information, including name, email address, billing and shipping address, and, if applicable, credit card details. You agree to maintain accurate information, and any inaccuracies may result in subscription cancellation.

Payment: Automatic Renewal

“Wealth Hub” services are billed on a subscription basis, with quarterly or yearly billing cycles. Subscribers can choose between “Wealth Hub” or “Wealth Hub Pro,” providing access to additional Discord channels and the Wealth Hub Team. Cancellation before the end of the billing cycle results in no refund and immediate loss of access to the Wealth Hub Server.

Access to Wealth Hub Services

Access to “Wealth Hub” services is granted based on the chosen subscription plan. Forwarding access links or related content to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

General Terms (Applicable to Both Services)

Trading and Disclosure Rules

Milton Financial Market Research Institute strives to operate with the highest level of integrity and minimize any potential conflicts of interest. With that in mind, all Milton Financial Market Research Institute employees and contractors are subject to a code of conduct and rules governing their personal trading activities. With respect to the subscriptions, employees may not trade based upon any knowledge of an upcoming recommendation by the Wealth Hub Discord Server and they must wait at least two full market days after the message has been published before trading in any recommended security. In addition, the publication advisors may not make any trades that are inconsistent with the services recommendations (in other words, buy a stock that the publication recommends selling or sell when the publication recommends a buy).

Milton Financial Market Research Institute is a bunch of investors writing for investors and as such, the writers (and/or the company, its parent or affiliates) may own stocks mentioned by the Wealth Hub Team.

Conduct and your Responsibilities

You may not use or allow others to use your subscription to:

  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is disruptive, uncivil, abusive, vulgar, profane, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;
  • Post or transmit any material that you don’t have the right to transmit under law (such as copyrights, trade secrets, or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements);
  • Post, transmit, or link to sexually explicit material;
  • Impersonate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation, including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
  • Offer, sell, or buy any security;
  • Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, “Trojan Horses,” or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone’s computer;
  • Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our sites or to manipulate your presence on our sites;
  • Use any automated means, including without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, copy, or harvest data from any part of our sites;
  • Take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or disrupts the functioning of our systems; and
  • Take any action that damages or disrupts the functioning of our systems.

Milton Financial Market Research Institute may at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, remove any post, terminate any membership, or take any action for violating the above provisions or otherwise taking an action disruptive to the Service.

You are responsible for statements made and actions taken through the use of your password, so please maintain the confidentiality of your password. You agree to immediately notify Member Support of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your username and password. We will not be responsible for any loss to you arising from unauthorized use of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and information offered on a subscription basis (referred to here as “Automated Trading Magazine” and “Wealth Hub Service”) bases its recommendations and forecasts on techniques and publicly available information believed to be reliable in the past and at the time of publication. However, Milton Financial Market Research Institute makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the information presented. ACCORDINGLY, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

(a) ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MILTON FINANCIAL MARKET RESEARCH INSTITUTE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. YOU WILL ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ITS CONTENT.

(b) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILTON FINANCIAL MARKET RESEARCH INSTITUTE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE QUALITY OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT SUCH CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE AND THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SUBCRIPTION SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OR DOWNOLAD OF SUCH MATERIAL.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL MILTON FINANCIAL MARKET RESEARCH INSTITUTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, AND ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MILTON FINANCIAL MARKET RESEARCH INSTITUTE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.

Intellectual Property

The Subscription Service’s Content and the digital magazine publication (referred to here as “Automated Trading Magazine”) is protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and is the property of the Milton Financial Market Research Institute. “Content” means any information, mode of expression, or other material found in the subcription service and the digital magazine publication including without limitation our writings, graphics and all other features.

The Wealth Hub Service and the digital magazine publication is intended for individual, non-commercial use only. You may download or print one copy of any material. Any other copying, distribution, storing, transmission or re-dissemination of any kind, is prohibited without Milton Financial Market Research Institute prior written permission.

Privacy

All personal data you provide us is maintained in the United States of America. By subscribing and using our services, you consent to our transferring and handling the data under the terms of our privacy policy.

If you are using Stripe to pay for your subscription, Stripe is processing the payment and we do not have access to your credit card information. Accordingly, you agree that Milton Financial Market Research Institute has no responsibility or liability for Stripes’s privacy practices.

Miscellaneous Terms

This Agreement is concluded in English.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or nonsensical, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the United States of America. You agree that the proper forum for any claim arising thereunder will be the U.S. Court for the District of Delaware.
